Work Health Safety Standards.
Your Safety, Our Priority
It is no secret that the construction industry has a wide range of risks and hazards related to work activities. Moreover, our work in specialised areas has additional risk factors to manage.
Some of the controls in place to ensure our team returns home safely to their family and friends are as follows:
• Compliance with Regulations, Standards, and Acts
• Compliance with Client Policies and Procedures
• Compliance with Internal Policies and Procedures
• Pre-Work Risk Assessments
• PPE
• Regular Training

Unmatched Quality - Craftsmanship Redefined
As a family-owned and run business, FCF Group takes pleasure in the products and services we provide to our clients. To give our clients confidence, we maintain Quality Control accreditation in line with international standards as communicated by the Australian law, which assures that our staff is trained, our work system is audited, and our procedures are regulated, to deliver goods that meet client expectations and Australian Building Standards.
Environment Sustainability – Reuse. Recycle. Renew
One of our key goals at FCF Group is for all of our company activities to have no negative impact on the environment. Particularly noteworthy is our staff’s due diligence throughout the installation to ensure that no spills occur, that no damage is done to local animals, flora and fauna, and habitat and that all trash is disposed of properly. Our headquarters and manufacturing facilities are equipped with a big solar system that provides virtually all of the operating energy needs for our activities. Furthermore, because all of our work is metal, any leftover materials are either reused for another purpose or placed in metal recycling bins. We have enormous cardboard containers for all surplus packing, and only the bare minimum garbage is disposed of in the rubbish and dumpsters.

Sustainable Practices – The Care For Our Future
In simpler terms, sustainability is the ability to continue indefinitely. It is built on three pillars: environmental protection, social progress, and economic growth. Infrastructure and construction projects account for a sizable share of world resource consumption and pollution from emissions.

FCF Group embraces the theory of Sustainability in construction extremely seriously. We have spent innumerable hours educating and training ourselves on the many facets of Sustainability. This has resulted in the development of new corporate rules, processes, and forms to document and monitor the performance of our employees, suppliers, and contractors, as well as to report to our clients and stakeholders.
Our Work Decorum Understanding. Respectful and Professional
Our Code of Conduct specifies the behavioral norms that are expected of FCF Group employees while performing their tasks. It provides direction in situations where employees must make ethical and personal judgments. The Code of Conduct does not attempt to cover all conceivable circumstances that may arise while employment with FCF Group, but it does present several principles to advise employees on unacceptable and acceptable behavior.

FCF Group is dedicated to the highest levels of professionalism in product installation, manufacturing, management, support, and sales. To accomplish this objective, FCF Group has released a Code of Conduct that addresses work-related activities and responsibilities for all departments. Moreover, it closely aligns employee behavior with the corporate ethics and principles that drive FCF Group policies and procedures.

Risk Analysis & Risk Management.
Hassle Free & Successful Project Cycle
Our industry is fraught with danger. Risk identification and management are critical components of accomplishing the Company Objectives. The risk may show itself in a variety of ways and tends to influence the Company’s financial, market, operational, regulatory, reputation, community, environmental, and safety performance, hence the fulfillment of Company Objectives. We deliver better predictability and confidence for our workers, suppliers, and customers, as well as, the communities in which we operate, by understanding and managing risk.
Risk management that is successful can provide a competitive edge. We exercise, deploy, and implement our risk management skills to optimize the value of our business assets, initiatives, and other business opportunities, as well as, to support our efforts to encourage innovation and enterprise-level development. Risk management will be integrated into our core business operations, functions, and procedures. Understanding risk and our risk tolerance will be critical factors in our decision-making.
Community Building Communication Understanding & Patience
The people all around us, with whom we interact, or have an impact while conducting business are referred to as the community. It is common for our Client to appoint a representative to communicate with our construction team during building works, especially on larger projects that have a greater impact on the community and may include Sensitive Receivers. Our staff, on the other hand, is instructed to be nice and courteous to any public member who they may collaborate with on the project, and they are encouraged to direct them to the relevant representative at all times.
Furthermore, FCF Group is delighted to assist the community by giving to a variety of organizations, including the charities we serve, among others.
